The divine secret between them in every situation. So, our brothers, be aware of this divine matter and know that God is Mighty, Wise. [Page 86 of the Cairo edition] No one will ever achieve knowledge of the nature of divinity, nor should she comprehend His Majesty and Exaltedness. A great exaltation, for the entire world from beginning to end is bound together, worshiping one another. Their knowledge is from them to them, and their truths emanate from them through the divine secret which they do not comprehend, and return to them. Glory be to Him who is not matched in His authority nor approached in His benevolence. There is no god but He, the Mighty, the Wise. After understanding the comprehensiveness of the words, which is knowledge. The enveloping and divine light to which the secret of existence, the pillar of the dome, the leg of the throne, and the reason for the steadfastness of all that is steadfast is Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. So know, may God grant you success, that the summaries of words from the world of letters are three: a rich essence, subsisting on its own, and a poor subsistence. To this rich, it does not subsist on its own, but from it it returns to the rich essence. It is characterized by Him seeking it by Himself, for it is not from itself except by this self accompanying it. It is also true from the point of view of poverty for the rich self existing on its own, just as it is true for the other self and a third self, a link between two rich selves, or two poor selves, or a self.
