( In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful ) ( Chapter on the ruling on parts of what they agreed upon is death ) The scholars, may God be pleased with them, differed regarding the parts of what they agreed upon Therefore, it is a dead animal, despite their agreement that the meat from the parts of a dead animal is dead, and we have explained that meat is considered in the flesh of pork, and they differed regarding the bones and hair. So who says that they are dead, and who says that they are not dead, and I say that, and who says that the bones are dead and that the hair is not dead ( The internal consideration has arrived in this ) Since the death considered in this matter is the emergency that removes the life that was in this place, we looked at the name of life, so whoever makes Life and growth said that they are dead, and whoever made life a feeling said that they are not dead, and whoever made a difference said that the bone felt is dead.
