And whoever believes in the dust of a garment and milk, and as for our doctrine, it is permissible to perform tayammum with everything that is on the earth from which the name “earth” is given, and if it leaves the earth, that is not permissible except for special soil ( Continued consideration That is in the inner ) It has been mentioned that the name “earth” was removed from it by transition, and it was called arsenic, or stone, or sand, or dirt, and when the text mentioned the name “dust” in tayammum, we found this name being associated with “earth” and with the separation of the earth, and we did not find anything else. Likewise, we made tayammum obligatory. With the dirt, whether it leaves the land or not. The legal rulings are dependent on the nouns and adverbs, and the ruling is transferred by the transfer of the noun or adverb.
