Concerning its creation

[ The hypocrites are in the lowest depths of hell ]

And who is amazed by what we have narrated from the Messenger God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him

The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was sitting with his companions in the mosque when they heard a great roaring and were terrified. The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, “Do you know what this roaring is?” They said, “God and His Messenger know best.” He said, “A stone was thrown from above.” Hell, for seventy years now, he has reached its bottom.

So his arrival at its bottom and his falling into it was this guidance. He did not finish his speech, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, except while screaming in the house of a hypocrite, one of the hypocrites. He died, and he was seventy years old.

Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “God is great.” The scholars of the Companions knew that this stone was that hypocrite, and that since God created it, it had fallen into the fire of Hell, and its lifespan reached seventy years, and when it died, it fell to its bottom.

God Almighty said, “Indeed, the hypocrites are in the lowest level.” From the Fire, so their hearing was the guidance that God gave them so that they might take heed. See how wonderful the words of prophecy are, how finely defined they are, how good are His signs, and how sweet are His words, may God bless him and grant him peace.

[ The people of Hell quarreled in Hell ]

And I asked God to represent to me the situation of it as He wished, so He represented to me the situation of their quarreling therein, which is His Almighty’s saying, “Indeed, that is the right of the people of Hell’s quarreling,” and His Almighty’s saying, “And they dispute therein. By Allah, if we are in error.” Explaining their misguidance
