In which the two conditions are not met, and there are many things like this in Sharia law, and both schools of thought are established and valid law if they are based on ijtihad, even though one of them erred on the evidence of the legislator who ruled on that issue or if he ruled on it, and the two diligent scholars are rewarded, and in the issue one of the diligent scholars may be correct, and each of them may be wrong. The ruling on this issue is a law that is not limited, and then the saying of God Almighty that the soul is a sign of evil is God’s ruling on it, but rather God related what the wife of the Almighty said in the gathering of the Almighty. Was she correct in this addition and she was not correct? This is another ruling that is silent about it. Rather, what is hers is that Blaming herself if she accepts from Satan what he commands her to do, then this information about the soul is that it is a sign of evil, which is not God’s ruling on it, nor from the words of Joseph, peace be upon him. So it is invalid to cling to this verse for what is indicated by the apparent meaning and evidence. If possibility enters into it, it is no longer used as evidence. And as for the Almighty’s saying in this matter, it is all in vain. We extend it. These and these are from the giving of your Lord, so it is an expression of a true truth, according to what is the matter within Himself, that there is no power nor strength except in God and His saying, and the giving of your Lord is not forbidden, that is, forbidden. He says that God gives always and in the impossible.
