There is no God but God, and from this truth, he who said, “I am God” is like Abu Yazid, and “Glory be to Me” is like other men of God of the past, and it is one of the ramifications of their sayings, may God be pleased with them. So whoever reaches confusion from both groups has arrived, except that our companions today are in extreme pain as they are unable to send what should be sent. On Him, Glory be to Him, just as You sent the prophets, peace be upon them, so how great are those manifestations. Rather, He prevented them from calling Him what the revealed books and the messengers, peace be upon them, called Him, due to the lack of fairness to the listeners among the jurists and those in authority, and they did not rush to Him in declaring an unbeliever of whoever does what the Prophets, peace be upon them, brought on the side of God, and they left out the meaning of His saying. Indeed, there is for you in the Messenger of God a good example, as his Lord, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him when he mentioned the prophets and messengers, peace be upon them. This is from It is harmful, because speech and expression about such things is not a blasphemy, and in what was reported from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, that is enough for them, so they use it to find relief from astonishment, joy, laughter, and rejoicing.
