The numerator is a condition, but no one knows it *** except the God who established us in it

He has control over all of the universes *** Through Him is the existence whose meanings are revealed

and nothing veils Him from us except a measure *** And He is the one who is from the eyes of creation He hides it

The transgressor is a ruling for him, if you had insight. *** The Book brought it, if you had known about it .

In the world of creation, this ruling has no *** in this world of matter in its manifestation .
