Likewise, he divided the night into three-thirds, two-thirds going, which is the sky and the earth, and a third remaining, which is the human being, and in it the image of the Most Gracious appeared and in which the Qur’an was revealed. But the sky and the earth were called night because darkness has itself and the illumination in it from other enlightened bodies, which is the sun and its likes . If the sun disappears, the sky and the earth become dark. ] So, my brother, you have benefited from knowledge that you did not know before this, and they are the knowledge of this person who realized the abode of the breath, and everything that this person perceived, he only perceived of smells through the olfactory force and nothing else, and we saw a group of them in Seville, Mecca, and the Holy House, and we negotiated with them about that. Negotiation of situation, not negotiation of speech. Just as I negotiated with another group of those who had visual sight with sight, I used to ask and he answered, and we asked and answered simply by looking. There is no usual talk between us and no convention of looking at all, but when I looked at him, I knew everything he wanted from me, and when he looked, I knew everything we wanted from him, so it would be his looking. If I ask a question or an answer, and I look at it as such, then we acquire a great deal of knowledge between us without talking, and this amount of knowledge is sufficient.
