And so-and-so is said in this matter to be “pre-eminence,” meaning stability, and pre-eminence is a group of creation, so pre-eminence is an addition, and the mighty might be a king, and this pre-eminence is for this king, since the pre-eminence becomes impossible for God Almighty. ( And istiwaa ) Also, it is based on stability, intention, control, and stability from the attributes of bodies, so it is not permissible for God Almighty unless it is on the basis of stability and intention is will, which is one of the attributes of perfection. He said, “Then He ascended to the heaven, that is, He intended, and He ascended to the throne, that is, He took control. Bishr has gained power over Iraq *** without a sword and spilled blood. And the reports and verses are many, some of which are true and false, and none of them are reports except that they have one of several aspects. And if you want this to come closer to you, then resort to the word that creates the illusion of resemblance, and take its benefit and spirit, or what is about it, and make it relevant to the truth.
