« Mention some of the ranks of the letters » (In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful) Know, may God grant us and you success, that the letters are a nation among the nations. They are addressed and assigned, and among them are messengers of their kind, and they have names according to their origin. Only the people of revelation from our path know this, and the world of letters has the most eloquent language and clearest explanation. They are divided into divisions like the divisions of the world known in custom. Among them is the world of power according to Abu Talib al-Makki, and we call him the world of greatness, which is the ha and the hamza. Among them is the world of the highest, which is the world of the kingdom, which is the ha, the kha, the ain, and the ghayn, and among them is the world. The middle is the world of power among us and among most of our companions, and it is the ta, the tha, the ji, the dal, the dha, the ra, the za, the dha, the kaf, the lam, the nun, the sad, the dha, the qaf, the sīn, the sīn, the correct yā’, and among them is the mixed world below, which is the world of kingship and martyrdom.
