( Chapter on the dead animal that has no blood and on the dead animal of a marine animal ) The scholars differed regarding these two dead animals. Some say that they are pure, and I say so. Someone who says that dead sea dead animals are pure and that land dead animals are impure, except for those that have been agreed to be pure because they are not dead, like vinegar worms and what is generated in foods that are eaten. And there is someone who says that dead land and sea dead animals are impure, except those that have no blood. ( It has been considered internally ) We have informed you of what was previously mentioned regarding this purity regarding blood. So whoever says that the dead animal of Adam is pure, then he is acquitted of the claim, because the life generated from blood is in it. The claim does not occur in the life of all existing beings, in which there is glorification of God by praising Him, for that life is pure in principle because it is from God without any reason that would veil it from God. And whoever says that a dead sea carcass is pure, even if it has blood, then it is in the knowledge of God, and there is no judgment on things in the knowledge of God.
