Those who are entrusted with depicting what God is in the wombs, and among them are those entrusted with breathing souls, and among them are those entrusted with provision, and among them are those entrusted with rain, and for this reason they say, “None of us has a known station,” and there is not an event that God occurs in the world except that God has entrusted angels to carry it out, but by the command of these governors from the angels, as well as from them. The saffahs, the zajarats, the taliyats, the dividers, the mursalat, the spreaders, the rakers, the nasihats, the precedents, the swimmers, the casters, and the ones who direct them. However, they are still under the authority of these rulers, except for the ruling spirits. They are the properties of God, and without them, they carry out God’s commands in His creation. Then the common people only see their homes, and the special ones witness them in their homes, just as the common people also see objects. The planets and the notables will not see the veil nor the captains. [ The chips and coincidences between the world of the elements and the rulers in the spheres ] And God has placed in The racial world is a creation of their kind. Among them are the messengers, caliphs, sultans, kings, and rulers of the affairs of the world. God has placed between the souls of those whom God has made rulers on the earth from its people, between them and these rulers in the spheres, occasions and chips extended to them from these rulers with justice, purified from impurities, sanctified from faults, so the souls of these rulers are accepted.
