And know that the souls of the two creatures and the souls of animals have two powers, a scientific power and a practical power according to the people of revelation, and this has been shown in general from animals such as bees, spiders, birds that make nests, and other animals. And the souls of the two creatures, to the exclusion of all other animals, have a third power that is neither the animal nor the universal soul, which is the thinking power, so some knowledge is acquired from thought. This human type and the rest of the world participate in taking sciences from the divine abundance and some of its sciences are like animals by nature, such as a child receiving his mother’s breast for breastfeeding and accepting milk [ Thought from man is in the position of management and detail from God. ] And no one other than man has the right to acquire knowledge that will remain with him through thought. Thought from man is in the position of the divine truth stipulated in His saying, God Almighty, He manages the matter, detailing the verses, and His saying, God Almighty, in the authentic narration about it, “What has been repeated in Something that its doer This reality does not belong to the first mind, nor does the universal soul. This is also something that is unique to man in the form in which no one else was created. [ The perfect man is created in the image ] And we know that the perfect man exists in the image, and we are certain that God did not create anything other than man in this way, for [Page 261 of the Cairo edition] what has been reported to have occurred This is because it did not occur on the tongue of a prophet or in a revealed book.
