The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said in the Sahih on his authority that a man may do the deeds of the people of Paradise as it appears to people, until only a span remains between him and Paradise, then what is written overtakes him, and he does the deeds of the people of Hell and enters Hell.
