There are those who say that representation is required, and among them are those who say that it is not necessary if one is unable to perform it. It has been established in our Sharia law that the command to perform Hajj on behalf of someone who cannot afford it is for his guardian, or to rent to him from his money if he has money, and the details of that will come, God willing.
