He created him because in creation he witnesses it, and he considers what that effect entails in that particular creation, and he weighs it with the established scale, and he is with it according to what the scale of truth gives him, and he considers which divine name will have the ruling on that balanced matter, so he turns to it with a divine name that will be. This observer, who is the servant, must have whatever is among the divine names. If he requires something that does not agree with his purpose, does not suit his temperament, or is not praised by his law, he asks for that ruling to be removed from him if his view is a law of repentance and forgiveness. If it has a purpose, he asks for approval, and if he is among those who say it is appropriate, he asks what is best and first. Of course, it depends on what it is in its state .
