Other than the name in which he is the ruler, now the ruling disappears, and his guardian who seeks it for preparation, and his counterpart, if the people of a country rebel against their authority and bring the authority of another, the first has no helper, so he is removed from his ruling, and the ruling that he requested for preparation is returned, so the ruling is eternal, but it is for preparation, and the divine name that is prepared does not depart from its ruling always. He is not isolated, and it is not permissible for the people of the country to plot against him, for he does not separate from him in life, death, gathering, or separation, and he is assisted by the divine name, the Protector, the Powerful, and their sisters, so know that.

Abu Dawud narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said that he vomited while he was fasting, so he does not have to make up for it. And if he vomits, let him make up for it.

Some of them saw the intention as a condition for the validity of the fast, and this is the majority, and some of them said that Ramadan does not need an intention unless the one who intends to fast during Ramadan is sick or traveling and wants to fast.

Whoever takes into account that fasting is for God and not for the servant, says by the intention to fast, for the month of Ramadan did not come except by the will of the truth from the divine name Ramadan, and the intention is undoubtedly a will, and whoever takes into account that the ruling is for what comes. It is the month of Ramadan, so whether the human fasting person intends it or not, the ruling is fasting, so the intention is not a condition for the validity of his fast. If it is not obligatory for him and the good of it is considered, like the sick person and the traveler, then their ruling is between two matters based on the choice, so it cannot be changed to one of the two matters except with the intention of it, which is the intention.

Who says that it is necessary to specify the fast of Ramadan, and it is not sufficient for him to believe in fasting in general, nor to believe in a specific fast other than fasting in Ramadan, and who says that if he generalizes fasting, that is sufficient, and similarly, if he intends to fast in it other than fasting in Ramadan, that is sufficient, and it is changed to fasting in Ramadan, unless it is As a traveler, the traveler has the right to intend to fast other than Ramadan during Ramadan, and whoever says that every fast he intended to do in Ramadan is transformed into Ramadan, both the traveler and the person attending it.

God Almighty said: Say, “Call upon God” or “Call upon the Most Merciful,” whichever you call upon, to Him belong the most beautiful names. So the ruling is for the one who calls upon the divine names, not for the names, for even if their meanings are separate and distinct, they have an indication of a specific entity in the sentence and in the same matter, even if it is not known and no one can comprehend it. This does not discredit our understanding and knowledge that there is an entity to which these names are given. Likewise, fasting is what is required, whether it is recommended or obligatory, given the many sharing of the obligation in it .

Whoever pays attention to the divine name Ramadan differentiates between it and other than it, for other than it is from the name that is touched, not from the name Ramadan. And the divine names, even if they indicate a single essence, are distinguished in themselves in two ways, the first from the difference in their wording and the second from the difference in their meanings, even if they are extremely close and very similar. The opposite names are extremely distant, such as the harmful, the beneficial, the honorable, the humiliating, the life-giving, the deadly, the guiding, and the misleading. It is necessary to take into account the ruling on the meanings they indicate, and in this way the scholar is distinguished from the ignorant. And the truth has come with multiple meanings except to take into account the meanings they indicate, and taking into account the intention of God Almighty in that is better than anything else. Whoever considers the condition of the accountable person, who is the one who differentiated between the traveler and the present person, has a valid basis for the distinction, because the ruling follows the circumstances, so it takes into account the one who is forced and not the one who is sick, and the sick and the non-sick. Likewise, the names are also taken into account, so the name of the wine is taken into account if it is separated from the name of the vinegar, so the divine ruling in this particular body changes with the change of the names. Just as the names were changed in some things due to a change in circumstances, since the change in that ruling was a divine name that necessitated changing the name, so the ruling changed.
