The first debtor who gave the zakat on an obligatory basis takes the zakat by virtue of it being obligatory, meaning that it is obligatory for him, and the second takes it by choosing the giver, as he distinguished him from others, especially in the doctrine of those who see in the number of these categories that he limited the disbursement to those mentioned, i.e. It is not permissible to give it to others. If it is given to one group of them and not another group, then the obligation is absolved, and it is a matter of disagreement. This lender is, by a sign, the one who lends to God. And if you lend to God, He does not take it by virtue of an obligation. And the lender, by a sign of command, takes it by virtue of an obligation, because the one commanded has performed a duty, so his reward is an obligation, and it is incumbent on us to help the believers.
