If the servant exceeds his limit and enters the limits of divinity, and his Lord is included in the limit with him by what He described as being among the attributes of possible things, then he must be purified from that, for the servant’s purity is that he does not go beyond his ability and does not enter what is necessary for himself. In his capacity, he does not say that it is permissible for God to do such-and-such, or it is permissible for Him not to do that, for that requires what is likely, and the truth has absolute obligation, and what should be said is that it is permissible for movement to exist from what is moving, or it is permissible for it not to exist, so he lacks what is permissible. If the one who knows God Almighty is in this state, he must perform ablution. It is purification from this knowledge with knowledge that does not fall under permissibility, and this issue will be addressed, God willing.
