He looked into his existence and was presented with two matters: Did he create an existent without a beginning, or did he create himself, and it is impossible for himself to exist, because it is not without his self existing while he exists, or did he create it while he was non-existent, and if he existed, then what created him? And if it is non-existent, how can it be possible to create it when it is non-existence? There is nothing left except for someone else to create it, which is the alif. Therefore, the sīn was static, which is nothingness, and the mīm was moving, which is the time for the affirmation. When he indicated it from the beginning, the alif was hidden due to the strength of its connotation, and it appeared in al-Rahim due to the weakness of its connotation for Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, due to the presence of disputes. So he supported it with an alif, so the Most Merciful became Muhammad, and the alif from it is the truth that supports
