The teacher means by the student in education what the student’s knowledge does not reach until he obtains the benefit that the sheikh intended for him, so that is the zakat for his education. If the merit of that intended thing goes back to the student, and if the student gave it to the teacher for the benefit it accrues to him, then he may open it to the professor honestly. The student does not have what he does not have and is drawn into this issue. The guardian pays zakat on the orphan’s money that is in his custody and under his supervision.
