Some, whoever finds a frequent text, let him stop with it or a verified revelation with him, and whoever has one authentic report, let him rule by it, if his ruling is related to the actions of this world, and if his ruling is in the hereafter, he should not make it in his contract based on the appointment, and let him say that this is from the Messenger in the same matter, as it has reached us. For I believe in him and in everything that is from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and on the authority of God, from what I knew and from what I did not know. It should not be included in the beliefs except what is certain, if it is from transmission, then what is proven by transmission, and if it is from reason, then what is proven by rational evidence, unless it is slandered. There is a frequent text in it, and if there is a mutawatir text in it, it is not possible to combine the two. I believe the text and leave out the evidence. The reason for that is that
