And the one light of the two lights is attributed to God’s positioning over the other light, so he rules over it, and the light that is attributed to this light is red-handed. It is included in it, so there is no ruling except for the light that is brought forth, which is the apparent one, and this is the ruling of the light of Sharia over the light of reason.
