As for the dead who must be washed, they agreed on washing the dead and the killed person who was not killed in the battlefield of the infidel war, and they differed regarding the martyr killed in the war of the infidels, and on washing the polytheist, and on washing the one who is called a martyr, and on the one who was killed by a polytheist in a battle other than the battlefield. So who says that he should be washed? All of these and who says they do not wash

Whoever considers that washing is an act of worship, and the reward in it is due to the one who washes, he said, “The polytheist should not wash,” and whoever saw that washing the dead is cleansing, he said, “The polytheist should wash.”

The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, ordered his uncle Abu Talib to wash. < /p

He is a polytheist, and the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, ordered those killed to be buried in their clothes and not washed

Whoever sees that a martyr does not wash for someone who divorced his martyrdom, he said that he should not wash from the text of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he is a martyr. And whoever saw and understood from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, based on circumstantial evidence, that the martyr who does not wash is one who was killed in the battlefield in the war of the infidels, he said that everything else should be washed.

The person killed for the sake of God in the battlefield of the war of the infidels is alive and provided. Rather, we have been commanded to wash the dead, and this particular martyr is not said to be dead, nor is he thought to be dead. Rather, he is alive by the truthful divine report that falsehood does not come to him from before him or from behind him

But God took away our sight from understanding the life that exists in Him, just as He took away our sight from understanding many things, just as He also took away our hearing from understanding the glorification of plants, animals, inanimate objects, and everything. God Almighty said, “And do not think that those who were killed in the path of God are dead; rather, they are alive with their Lord, being provided for.” And He said And do not say of those who are killed in the cause of God that they are dead, but rather alive, but you do not perceive that they are alive, just as the dead come to life when asked, and we see Him from where you do not perceive, and we know with certainty that He asks and only those who reason are asked, and none reason except those who are described as living, so we forbade us to call them dead and told us that they are alive. But we do not perceive, and nothing like this has been reported about whoever is not killed in the cause of God, then he is de

Rather, the dead person is washed and purified so that he may appear before his Lord pure, and He will meet him in the barzakh after death in a lawful purity. This martyr is present before his Lord simply by testifying, which is killing for the sake of God, for he is not washed while he is with his Lord.

He is the one who kills with causes by relying on them, relying on them, and believing that God does things by them and not by them. This is due to his lack of knowledge due to the weakness of himself and the confusion of his faith, just as he is disturbed in the sincerity of His promise, Blessed and Most High, in provision, along with His oath, Glory be to Him, to His servants. Then he said, “By the Lord of the heavens and the earth, it is a truth just as you speak. This is a kind of explicit polytheism, not a hidden one, due to the nature prevailing over it in what is customary.” Some of them said, rebuking the one whose faith is disturbed.

And you are satisfied with a money changer, even if he is a polytheist, who is a guarantor, but you are not satisfied with your Lord as a guarantor.

So the scholars of God must purify the heart of this dead person and wash him with certainty and reassurance until his heart is cleansed, so the polytheist must be washed. Whoever sees that such polytheism does not discredit belief in sustenance and says that he is of course confused because the truth does not specify the time nor the amount of it

Know that God, in His wisdom, has linked causes to causes, and that this disorder is not the result of an accusation by the believer against God, and that he may not provide for him. Rather, that disorder is the disorder of humanity and the feeling of pain of loss and impatience, for God has informed him that He will provide for him, and it is necessary, whether he is an unbeliever or a believer. Because he is an animal, God Almighty said, “And there is no living creature on earth except that God’s provision is for it.” But He did not say to it when or from where. He did not specify the time or the reason. Rather, He informed him that not a soul will die until its provision is completed.

So what is known when the usual reason for obtaining sustenance is lost when it is present, whether it has been exhausted and its time has come or not, then his fear and confusion will be from death, for death is frightening, either for the believer because of the misdeed he has done, or for the knower, because of shame before God when it comes to him, and for the disbeliever because of the loss of what is familiar, so the form in fear is the same, but the reasons are different.

And whoever did not die by the sword died by something else *** The causes are diverse, but the disease is the same

And if he has not exhausted his sustenance in the knowledge of God, then his confusion is due to his ignorance of the time of obtaining sustenance, as we mentioned, by the interruption of the reason, so he is afraid of the long period of time, the expected pain of hunger, and the need that calls him to stand in it for those who do not find it easy to stand before Him in that, due to his self-esteem before him, and he was the Messenger of God. May God’s prayers and peace be upon him. He seeks refuge from hunger and says that it is miserable to sleep.

For it is a test from God that requires whoever undertakes it .
