There is no one who can change His command and there is no one who can retaliate against His ruling. He gives dominion to whom He wills, and takes away dominion from whom He wills, and exalts whom He wills, and humiliates whom He wills, and misleads whom He wills, and guides whom He wills. Whatever He willed came to be, and whatever He did not will to be, it would not have been. If all of creation were to come together to will something, God would not have wanted it. God Almighty said that they wanted it as they wanted or did something that God Almighty did not want to create, and they wanted it when He wanted them to want it, which they did, but they were not able to do that, nor was He able to do it. So disbelief, faith, obedience, and disobedience are from His will, His rule, and His will, and glory be to Him has always been described by this will, and the world is non-existent and does not exist, even if it exists. Abiding in knowledge in His essence, then He created the world without contemplation or contemplation out of ignorance or lack of knowledge, so contemplation and contemplation gives it knowledge of what the Almighty and Most High was ignorant of. Rather, He brought it into being from previous knowledge and the designation of the immaculate, eternal will that judges the world with what it created over it of time, space, universes, and colors, so there is no one who wants it. In existence in reality other than Him, since He is the One who says, Glory be to Him, and you do not will except that God wills, and that, Glory be to Him, just as He knew, He ruled, He willed, He designated, He determined, and He created. Likewise, He heard and saw whatever moved, remained, or spoke in the distance from the world below and above. His hearing is not obscured by distance, for He is near, and it is not obscured by its sight . p>
