Whoever smells something other than the Muslims before the division takes him out of piety, he was asked about that and he said that he benefits from this only by its scent, and so is piety in lineage and names

So if the traveler misses one of the aspects related to such a place, such as this place, and moves on to other places, while a remainder of the rulings of this place from which he moved remains, then if he has to use it at another time due to a situation where he is asked to do so by a restaurant or other, he remembers what he missed before that, then from us. Whoever is told that expiation is due, and his expiation is repentance for what he committed in his negligence and seeking forgiveness, and among us is someone who said that there is no expiation due, then he did not intentionally or intend to violate the sanctity, but rather made it an excuse due to his interpretation of the matter or negligence, and a person in this path is held accountable for negligence according to some of them, and this is why expiation is obligatory for him whoever makes it obligatory for him. Whoever believes that he is not held accountable for his negligence is not required to make expiation.

The judiciary is unanimously agreed upon by all, and its form is that if someone has done something from him that is forbidden to the recipient from taking it from him, whether it be an item, money, or a physical effect, such as an injury or anything else, and he has the right to pardon him for what he takes from it, so he pardons and does good, and he is not held accountable for any crime committed by others against him, including Piety gives the transgressor in that not to do it, as this is the form of judgment. Then he investigates all the aspects related to that station with his effort so as not to leave anything out of it, so he ponders this issue, for it is one of the most beneficial issues on the path of God.

So who says that his guardian fasts on his behalf, and who says that no one fasts on behalf of anyone else? The people of this opinion differed. Some of them said that his guardian should feed on his behalf, and some of them said that there is no fasting or feeding unless it is recommended. Some said that he fasts, and if he is not able to feed, some people differentiate between a vow and fasting. They said that his guardian should fast on his behalf during the vow, but he should not fast during the obligatory fast .

God Almighty said, “And God is the guardian of the believers,” and God Almighty said, “The Prophet has more right over the believers than their own selves.” The aspirant who has education will have been qualified by the sheikh and singled him out for a special mention to attain a special status and a special position, but he died before attaining it. Some of us believe that the sheikh was not his guardian and he has passed away. Death is between him and that station, which if it happened to him, he would attain the divine status that the lord of that station deserves, so the sheikh begins the work that leads to that station on behalf of the disciple who died, and if he fulfills it, that dead person brings someone like him in his imagination in the image he was in, and he wears that image that represents that. The matter, and he asked God to keep that on him, so the soul of that dead person in that place received in its fullest form a blessing from God and a bounty, and God is

This is the doctrine of our sheikh, Abu Yaqoub Yusuf bin Yakhlaf Al-Kumi, and none of my sheikhs agreed with me except him, so I benefited from him in sports, and he benefited from us in his achievements. Among the people of God are those who say that no one should stand up for another in work, but he seeks it for him with his effort and supplication, and the group is upon that. This first rarely occurs, so this is the consideration of the one who says that no one fasts on behalf of another and the consideration of the one who says that his guardian should fast on his behalf and the one who says that there is no fasting or feeding except that It is recommended that the disciple say upon death to the sheikh: “Make me one of your efforts and give me a share of your work. Perhaps God will give me what I had hoped for.” If the disciple did this, it would be bad manners with the sheikh, as he used it against himself and an accusation on his part against the sheikh of forgetting the right of the disciple.

The basis for this is that

A man asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, to ask his Lord about his right to accompany him in Paradise, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him: Take care of yourself by prostrating abundantly

So he alerted him to this action against himself and his bad manners towards him. The path requires that the sheikh does not forget the people of his time, so how about his disciple who is dedicated to serving him? For it is from the jurisprudence of the people of this path and their knowledge of souls that if the Day of Resurrection comes and their prestige with God becomes apparent, those who harmed them here in this world will fear them, so the first thing They will intercede on the Day of Resurrection for those who harmed them before being held accountable, and this is the text of Abu Yazid al-Bistami, and it is our doctrine.

For those who did good to them, the very act of their benevolence is sufficient for them. By means of their benevolence, they are the intercessors of their souls before God for the good they have given to this guardian. Is the reward for benevolence other than benevolence? And whoever pardons and makes amends, his reward is with God. That is for those who pardon people. Rather, a guardian does not forget one who knows the sheikh, even if the sheikh does not.
