And know that God Almighty has not written except what He knows, and He knows nothing except what He bears witness of the forms of information as they are in themselves, what changes and what does not change. So He witnesses all of them in their state of non-existence to the infinite variations of their changes, so He does not create them except as they are. In itself, from here it learns God’s knowledge of things, their non-existence, their existence, their necessity, their possibility, and their impossibility. Then, according to what we have established, a book precedes except by adding the book to what that thing appears in existence according to what the truth witnessed in its non-existence, so it precedes the book over reality, and the book preceded the existence of that thing. He knows the taste of that from the knowledge of beings before their formation, for they are witnessed to him in the event that they do not exist and do not exist.
