And it does not exist, and the definition in both cases is in its essence, so if his existence is not the same as the existence of the Lord, then the servant should not stand in a place from which he smells the scents of divinity, for that is falsehood and an eye of ignorance, and the one who does it does not attain a position of worship for him, as is the case in himself, and nothing more than that. My saying is that you do not smell the fragrance of divinity in him except with Him in himself. He does not neglect to witness his worship. As for others, they may attribute divinity to him because of the manifestation of its effects on him, for that is for God, not for him, and it is in himself, in contrast to what appears to the world of him, for this is impossible for divinity not to have any effect on him appear. If the student learns from the sheikh that he is in this position, then God has granted that student what will bring him happiness, then he will be stripped of the truth
