From the soul of the Most Gracious is His saying: That is God, your Lord. To Him belongs the dominion. There is no god but Him. So how do you interpret this unification of the sign? For there is nothing in the universe referred to except Him. So how do you interpret it? Because the reference does not occur from the signaler except for something that occurs with him, even if it is not in his eye. In the same matter, an event happens, but he knows that it happened to him, and no matter happens to the one with whom it happens unless he is ignorant of its matter when it happens to him due to his preoccupation with its occurrence with him and its effect on him, so he refers to it at that time and in that case his companion, and he is of two types, as he has no companions except two.
