They are not soldiers, even if they are believers, and the comprehensive knowledge of this class is that every person who is able to repel an enemy with a tool that he has with him is one of His soldiers, Glory be to Him, the Most High, who have victory and oppression, which is the divine perpetuation by which their backs fall upon the enemies. God Almighty said, “Then We supported those who believed against their enemy, so they became victorious.”
