When it was the day of Mina, the people of the pilgrimage gathered at Muzdalifah and Arafat, so it was the Greater Day of Hajj due to the gathering of all in it, and since this was to be kept. The name was imposed on him after the entire standing at Arafat became a new meaning in Islam that alerted the legislator to him. This is why he enacted the Ifadha Tawaf on this day, so he was released from his ihram on this day, despite the fact that he was in the act of Hajj until he had finished the days of Mina. So when he came out of his ihram on this day, he was removed from the prohibition that was imposed on him. He used it in this act of worship, and everything that had been forbidden to him was made permissible for him
