As for glorification in that setting, it is the abode of prohibition and ihram, and the truth is above prohibition in its disposition in His creation. He disposes of them as He pleases, there is no impediment or prohibition on it. So glorification is obligatory for what the abode requires, and whoever is obligated to glorify Him is too old to be described as what people are at that time. From the situation, it is necessary to pronounce takbeer. If God gives what is due to him, then he devotes himself to what he was called to do of Hajj and Umrah, so he performs Hajj and Umrah as stated.
