And know that there is no act of Hajj and Umrah that the muhrim begins unless the truth calls him to do the remaining acts. It is necessary for him to do that. Just as he is obligated to respond starting to act, he is obligated to respond to every act until he does it, for the muhrim has entered into Hajj from the time he entered ihram. And he did not interrupt the Talbiyah and circumambulate the House, and he did not perform the Talbiyah and did Sa’i, and he did not interrupt the Talbiyah and went out to Arafat, and he did not interrupt the Talbiyah, and some of the actions required to be observed are more worthy of observance than others, and similarly to the Sunnah, some of them are more worthy of observance than others, since there is no text from the Shari’ah that stops him .
