The answer to God is by responding to His supplication and raising one’s voice with it for the sake of the House due to its distance from the one being called, for He called him from the House because He called him to see Him in it for His manifestation, just as He took His servant by night to show him of His signs that are evidence of Him. The appearance of a thing to the seeker may be evidence of himself, so one of His signs is that It will appear to him and he will see it, and it will be evidence for himself. This is the doctrine of Ibn Abbas, so it is obligatory to raise the voice with the Talbiyah, which is the Ihram, because of the good fortune that the House has in this supplication, for it is what is intended in the wording, so it is the veil in the manner intended .
