God Almighty said about the soul of man, “He who purifies it has succeeded.” He has already spoken about it, and that God has raised the head of a sheep to the status of a perfect human being, so it is its value. So look at what completed the rank of sheep, as one of them was the ransom of an honorable prophet, and He said, “And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice, so God glorified him and rewarded him.” This honorable Prophet came from and took his place, so zakat became obligatory on the sheep, just as he who purifies himself is successful.
