Due to his shortcomings and lack of knowledge of what the worshiped God and the Truth deserve, he recognized this truth, which is worship, so sound minds accepted it from the judgment of their thoughts upon it with the quality of acceptance that it had when minds that were judged by their thoughts rejected it, and this is the knowledge that was asked of us. It is lawful for us to know our Lord by it and describe Him by it, not the knowledge with which we have proven Him, for that is what the mind is independent in understanding, and with regard to this knowledge it is descending, for it is proven by reason, and this is proven by divine information, and He is in every way more knowledgeable about Himself than we are about them .
