The knower, in terms of his divine secret, is left behind over what is in his possession of the money. He is like a custodian of the property of a person under interdiction. He pays zakat on it and does not have anything in it. That is why we said that he has a right to the money, as the minor is not obligated to do anything, and the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, commanded trade. In the money of the orphan, so that charity does not consume it.
And the commoner, even if he is like the knowledgeable one in that he is a collector, then the commoner does not know that, so the money is added to it, and he is told, “Your wealth,” and zakat is paid from it, so the knowledgeable person pays it as the guardian and the commoner pays it according to the rule of kingship, and most of them do not believe in God except in illusion. They are polytheists, and both groups are truthful in their situation and have divine evidence in what is attributed to them .
