The knower is not alone in either being one of those who discovered the names of the owners of things written on them, then he holds them for them until he pays them to them at the time that the Wise One has determined and appointed. Then he differentiates between what is his and calls it a property of entitlement because his name is on it and he is entitled to it, and what is the property of someone else, so he calls it a property of trust because the name Its owner is upon him, and everything according to the language of Sharia belongs to him in the apparent ruling, or this knower is one of those to whom this was not revealed, so he does not know by definition what his provision is from what he has, and if it is revealed, he acts according to what is revealed, for the ruling is for knowledge in that, and if he does not reveal it, it is better for him to fork out all of his money.
