Zakat on souls is more certain than it is on money, and that is why God gave it priority in purchasing. He said, “God bought from the believers their souls. Then he said, ‘And their money. The servant spends himself and his money in the cause of God. And from that, we will discuss in this chapter what we will consider, God willing.’”
