Whoever wishes to stand for his standing, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, like Abu Bakr and Omar, and whoever wishes does not stand like Uthman for God’s general command of it, and unless he obliges anyone other than the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, to purify and purify the one who pays zakat with it and the caliph in it, he is only the representative of the one for whom this zakat is designated, I mean the types. Those who deserve it, since the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, did not forbid anyone or command him regarding what he refrained from or avoided, so ijtihad is permissible, and every diligent person takes into account the evidence that his ijtihad has led him to, so whoever errs as a diligent person, he has not fulfilled his due, and the one who made the mistake and the one who is correct is one of them, not the same person .
