This is because praying over a person may be prayed over him in terms of his identity and in terms of what others are added to him, so prayer in terms of what others are added to him is prayer in terms of the group, since the group has a ruling that does not apply to one person if he is alone, and it is known that a man’s family in the Arabic language are his closest relatives. To Him, especially the prophets and their descendants, they are the righteous, the scholars of God, the believers. We have learned that from his family Abraham had prophets and messengers of God, and the rank of prophethood and message has been raised in the witness in this world, so after the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, there will not be in his nation a prophet for whom God legislates contrary to the legislation of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. Nor is there a Messenger, nor has he prevented the rank nor its prohibition from the point of view of no legislation
