When God instituted prayer, the supplication by saying, “Guide us to the straight path,” and rain for rain is a specific supplication, so the truth wanted that supplication to be in a specific monologue in which he calls for the fulfillment of his moral portion of guidance to the straight path, the path of the prophets whom God guided, out of concern for seeking the first in which is happiness. Specific to the people of God, then after that they strive to seek what is common to all of tangible sustenance, which is shared by all animals and all people, whether obedient and disobedient, happy and miserable. So he began to pray in order to knock on the door of manifestation and the answer to supplication as he approached God, so the request for sustenance comes implicitly after that, so that the disbeliever is provided with the care of the believer and the sinner with the care of the sinner. The obedient person, that is why the prayer for rain is prescribed.
