(Check the original text in Arabic ...)
As for the siwak, it is everything with which the tongue of the heart is purified from the Qur’anic remembrance, and it is the most complete of purity, and everything that pleases God, for from these descriptions of it emanate good, divine scents that are smelled by the discerning smellers.
The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said And peace be upon him regarding the siwak, that it purifies the understanding and is pleasing to the Lord, and the siwak lifts the veil between God and His servant , so he can see it.
It includes two great qualities: purification and being pleased with God. This meaning was indicated by the report in
His saying, “Prayer and peace be upon him.” May God bless him and grant him peace. A prayer with a siwak is better than seventy prayers without a siwak.
And in the siwak is a reference to the worshipers to their Lord, not to themselves.
