As for the first hadith
It is the hadith of Al-Bukhari on the authority of Abu Hurairah, and he mentioned the hadith of the man who entered the mosque and prayed, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him, “Go back and pray, for you have not prayed.” The man said, “Teach me, O Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him, “If you stand up to pray, perform the ablution completely, then face the Qiblah and say takbir, then recite whatever is easy for you from the Qur’an, then bow until you are at ease kneeling, then rise until you are at the same level standing, then prostrate until you are at ease prostrating, then sit until you are at ease sitting, then do that in your prayer.” All of it, and for him in another way, then rise until you are standing straight, meaning from the second prostration
