And our saying that the laws differed only due to the difference in divine proportions has come before and the cycle has become different, so everything that I took from these issues is valid to be first, last, and middle, and so on, every periodic matter accepts each part of it with the assumption of the first, the last, and what is in between. We have mentioned such a periodic form in the divine arrangements. Similar to the previous statement, when he said, “The world is a garden whose fence is the state. The state is a power veiled by the Sunnah. The Sunnah is a policy governed by the king. The king is a shepherd supported by the army. The army is agents guaranteed by money. Money is a livelihood collected by the subjects. The subjects are slaves whom they worship. Justice. Justice is familiar to it. The goodness of the world. The world is a garden and an abode. This amount of allusion to the causes and causes is sufficient.” For fear of lengthening, this chapter is very broad,
