And from that is the house of light, the populated heart. He said, “The heart of the believer, pious, pure, and pious has no breadwinner except God, and God is the light because he is the light of the heavens and the earth.” Then the heart is likened to a niche in which there is a lamp, which is the light, the light of knowledge of God. And what remains of the words is only from the perfection of the light that fell through it. The simile is what it is of the simile, so do not make a mistake and follow the path to what the truth has made clear about in this verse. The knower stands in the recitation over a lamp and then says, “The lamp is in a bottle,” so his conversation is with the lamp, not with the divine light, which is the truth that is enlarged by the heart that resembles a niche and a niche.
