Know that if possible things are viewed from their standpoint, there is no need for their acceptance by the parties to have priority over them. Thus, the Lord considers the priority in their existence and non-existence, their advance in existence, their delay, their place, and their stature, and He matches them with their times, places, and conditions, so He intends to do what is best for them, and that is what is possible in Him, because He does not He brings Him forth only in order to glorify Him and to know Him with the knowledge that befits Him, which is within His power to accept it and nothing else. For this reason you see some possible beings coming before others and lagging behind, rising and falling, changing into different states and ranks, such as power, isolation, industry, trade, movement, rest, coming together, separation, and the like, which is the turning of possible things into possible things in other things. That's what fluctuates
