In repentance

And six souls in six directions*** their imams are of light and clay

If you think about this symbol, you will see the secret of appearance with latency

[ Types of men of God and issues that only the greatest know ]

Know, may God help us and you with a spirit from Him, that this chapter includes the types of men who are limited in number and who have no timing, and it includes issues that only the greatest of God’s servants know, who in their time are in the position of the prophets in the time of prophecy, which is general prophecy.

[ General prophecy and prophecy of legislation ]

The prophecy that was cut short by the presence of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, is only the prophecy of legislation, not its place. No law can abrogate his law, may God bless him and grant him peace, nor does another law add to its ruling, and this is the meaning of

His saying, may God bless him and grant him peace. The message and prophecy have been cut off, so there is no messenger or prophet after me.

That is, there is no prophet after me who will follow a law that contradicts my law. Rather, if he is under the rule of my law, and there is no messenger, that is, no messenger after me, to any of God’s creation with a law that calls them to it, then this is it. The one whose door was cut off and closed, not the station of prophecy

[ Jesus will descend at the end of time with a just ruling according to our law ]

There is no dispute that Jesus, peace be upon him, is a prophet and a messenger, and that there is no dispute that at the end of time he will send down a fair and just ruling according to our law, not according to another law, nor according to his law, by which the children of Israel worshiped God, in terms of what he himself revealed. Rather, what appears from that is what was decided by the law. Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and the prophecy of Jesus, peace be upon him, is proven and confirmed for him. This is a prophet and a messenger who appeared after him, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and he is truthful in his saying that there will be no prophet after him. We know definitely that he means legislation in particular, and this is expressed by the theorists by specialization, which is what is meant by their saying that prophecy is not acquired.

[ What is meant by those who say that prophecy is acquired ]

As for those who say that prophecy is acquired, they mean by this the attainment of a special status with God without legislation, neither against themselves nor against others. So whoever does not understand prophecy other than the essence of the law and the establishment of rulings, he says of specialization and the prevention of earning. So if you look at the words of one of God’s people, the possessors of revelation, he points out In his words, to gain, like Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali and others, so their intent is nothing other than what we have mentioned, and we have explained this in the chapter on praying upon the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, at the end of the prayer chapter of this book .

And these are the close ones whom God said about them as a spring from which those close to drink, and with him God described his Prophet Jesus, peace be upon him, and said, “prestigious in this world and the hereafter, and among those who are brought near.” and with him he described the angels, and he said, “not the angels who are close,” and it is known for certain that Gabriel used to send down revelation to the Messenger. [ Prophecy is a position with God reserved for the greatest of humanity. ]

Prophethood is a position with God that humans attain, and it is specific to the greatest of humanity. He gives to the prophet the legislator and gives to the follower of this prophet the legislator who follows his Sunnah. God Almighty said, “And We bestowed upon him”

His brother Aaron was a prophet, so if he looks at this position in relation to the follower, and that by following him this position was attained for him, it is called acquired, and acting upon this following is acquired, and no law came to him from his Lord that is specific to him, nor is there a law that connects him to others, and so was Aaron, so we closed the door to applying the term prophethood to this position with its fulfillment, so as not to imagine it. It is imaginable that the one who uses this word wants the prophecy of legislation, but he is mistaken, as some people thought about Imam Abu Hamid. He said about him that he says by acquiring prophecy in the chemistry of happiness and other things. God forbid that Abu Hamid mean anything other than what we mentioned. And I will mention, God willing, what the author of this position is specific to from the secrets that are specific to him. Which no one knows except the one who acquired it. So if you hear me say in this chap

(wasl) [the two attributions of exaltation and similitude that belong to the truth]

Know that the Truth, Glory be to Him, in His servants’ viewing of Him has two ascriptions: an ascription of exaltation and a ascription that descends to the imagination through a form of simile. The ascription of exaltation is His manifestation in something like Him, and the other ascription is His manifestation in

His saying, peace be upon him, “Worship God as if you see Him.”

And His saying, “Indeed, God is in the direction of the prayerful person ”

And His Almighty saying, “Wherever you turn, there is the face of God, and then there is a circumstance and the face of God Himself and His reality .

[ The belief of the people of the Salaf in the ambiguous words of the Sharia ]

And the hadiths and verses that contain words that apply to created beings by attaching their meanings to them, even if their meanings were not accompanied by those that are understood from the terminology, there would be no benefit from that for the addressee, since there is no explanation from God of what He meant by them, which contradicts that tongue with which this divine definition was revealed. God Almighty said. And We did not send a messenger except in the language of his people to explain it to them, meaning in their language, so that they would know what the matter was. The Messenger sent with these terms did not explain these words with an explanation that contradicts what the convention agreed upon, so we attribute those meanings that are understood from those words mentioned to God Almighty as he attributed them to himself, and he does not control their explanation with meanings that are not The people of that language understand it.
