As for the Book, everything is perishable except its face, and the face is nothing but existence, which is the manifestation of essences and entities. As for the Sunnah, there is no power or strength except with God, this is the rational and legal consideration of the obligation of zakat .

The scholars agreed that it is obligatory for every free, adult, sane Muslim who has complete ownership of the quorum. This is the point of agreement. And whoever restricts his existence to the presence of his Creator has understood himself, since the mind is taken from the head of the animal, and in reality the head of the animal is taken from the mind. As for their saying that the owner of the quorum is complete, his ownership of the quorum is the same as his existence, according to what we mentioned of Islam, freedom, maturity, and reason. As for their statement of complete ownership, since the perfect is the one in which there is no deficiency, and deficiency is a nihilistic quality. He said, it is non-existence, so the complete is existence. This is the saying of Imam Abu Hamid, and there is no innovation in possibility. From this world, since His creation is the essence of His existence and nothing else, that is, there is nothing more creative in possibility than His existence, for it is possible for itself and what benefits it except existence, so He is not more creative in possibility than existence, and it has happened, for what happens to the possible of truth is nothing but existence. As for considering what they disagreed about, it is the small children. Some people said that zakat is due on their wealth, and some people said that there is no zakat in the orphan’s wealth. Some people differentiated between what the earth produces and what it does not produce, so they said that zakat is due on what the earth produces, and there is no zakat on anything other than that, such as livestock, camels, and livestock. Others differentiated between al-Nadh and other things, saying that zakat is due on him, except for al-Nadh in particular.

Considering what we mentioned to be an orphan is someone who does not have a father in life and he is not an adult, that is, he has not reached the age of age, germination, or seeing water. God Almighty said, “He has not given birth.” And God, Glory be to Him, said that he should have a son. So the truth is not a door for anyone of God’s creation, and no one of His creation will have a son, Glory be to Him.
