To Him from the presence of creation, for they hesitate between creation and command, and that is why they said: “And We do not descend except by the command of your Lord, so know that.” So, if this journey descends on hearts, and if she sees it as pure hearts capable of doing good, she will give them knowledge of what it brought with it as much as she can prepare it, and if she sees it as impure hearts with no good in it, she will forbid it from doing so. With information about kindling, burning, and other things, and he made a ruling for it on the outside, so he made it an adverb, such as his saying, “He has the fire of Hell to abide therein,” so he brought the adverb and a ruling on the inside, which is that the servant’s outward appearance is a circumstance for it, which is the kindling fire of God that looks at the hearts, and the hearts inside the human being, so it appears in the heart.
